Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1909 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1909 may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing any withdrawal.
Accounts created using false or fraudulent information will be terminated immediately with no refund of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without notice:

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1909 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are accurate and belong to them.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as set out on the platform. All deposits are processed through secure payment channels including DuitNow and bank transfer. 1909 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification is complete. 1909 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security investigation purposes. Funds will only be released to an account registered under the same name as the account holder.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1909 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Suspected fraud or money laundering activity
- Submitting false documents or information during registration or verification
- Use of the platform in a way that compromises system security or the safety of other users
- Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 1909 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance while an internal investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1909 customer support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending withdrawals have been settled.
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, 1909 reserves the right to notify the user and take appropriate action, including account closure, if repeated notices go unanswered.
